HOUSE RULES

• All children MUST be accompanied by an adult.
• Food and drinks are permitted in the Café area. No food or drinks in any of the playrooms.
• No outside food/drinks allowed.
• Abusive or offensive language is prohibited.
• Be friendly and courteous to others.
• Socks are REQUIRED for children and adults. Shoes are not allowed beyond café area. Socks are available for purchase.
• The cool crew is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please keep track of your belongings.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for their children and must always remain on site.
• Anyone over the age of 10 can accompany and assist small children, but we reserve the right to ask older kids to stop playing if it is affecting the safety of smaller children.
• All guest MUST fill out a waiver form prior to entering The Cool Place play area.

The Cool Place’s Sick Policy

*Admission will not be granted for sick children, for the safety of others. We have the right to refuse service. Please keep your child home if they have any flu like symptoms within 48 hours prior to visiting The Cool Place.
